Conference Calls & Earnings Call Transcripts Sources

While many companies provide conference and earning call transcripts on the Investor Relations section of their website, they often don't include older transcripts. Use the following to find transcripts.

To Search Across Transcripts

  • Factiva
    • Option one:
      1. From the top menu go to Search > Search Builder.
      2. Enter "Earnings call transcript" (include the quotation marks) in the search bar. Add other search terms and filters, such as company names, separated with and.
    • Option two:
      1. From the top menu go to Search > Search Builder.
      2. In the Source field search for and select Seeking Alpha (you may be prompted to register if a first time user of this source).
      3. In the Subject field search for and select Transcript.
      4. In the search box enter search terms, like company name(s), and apply other filters as needed.
  • FactSet
    1. Click the Search icon (magnifying glass) in top left corner.
    2. Search for transcript and select Event Calendar @EC application.
    3. Select the Search Transcripts tab at top.
    4. Use keyword search and apply other filters from left column as needed.
  • Thomson ONE
    1. In the top navigation bar, click on Screening & Analysis.
    2. In the second navigation bar, go to Research > Research Search.
    3. In the More Options box, in the Contributor field enter Thomson Reuters Streetevents and click on it when it auto fills.
    4. Adjust the dates, add industries or geographies, etc. then press Search.

To Get Transcripts for Individual Companies

Library Databases

  • Capital IQ
    • On a company's profile page, in the left navigation bar go to News, Events, & Filings > Transcripts. The first time you use this section you will need to agree to the End User Agreement.
  • FactSet
    • On a company's profile page, in the left navigation bar go to News, Research, & Filings > Events & Transcripts.
