  • You must create an account using the instructions above. If you only just created it, please wait ~20 minutes and try again.
  • If you still get the error, Ask Us for assistance and provide as many details as possible.

Error: "Incorrect user ID or password."

  • You shouldn't be logging into LSEG Workspace with a username or password. Once you have an account, use one of the links on the GSB Library's website to connect to LSEG Workspace using your Stanford credentials.

Analyst Report Limits

LSEG Workspace contains a premium package of analyst reports called After Market Research (formerly known as Investext).

  • Each user is limited to view/download 150 billable pages of After-Market Research reports per day. Before you view/download page(s), you'll see a pop up asking if you want to continue based on how many pages you have left. Please plan ahead accordingly and see our tips on getting analyst reports.
  • There is a retail dollar amount associated with these reports. While this is not something you will be charged, if our overall usage limit is reached it could jeopardize our access. Please be mindful of your usage and only use what you need.
  • Faculty: We have a limited number of expanded After-Market Research licenses available; Ask Us for more information.
