"Free Trial Has Ended" or "Your Account Has Expired"
If you already have an account linked to Stanford, email CB Insights to reactivate.
Make sure you use the same email address you used for your CB Insights account. Be careful with any aliases so you submit the correct email address.
If you haven't yet created an account with your Stanford email, do that following the above instructions.
"You Must be on the Stanford University Network"
Always use a link on the GSB Library's website so you are recognized as a Stanford user.
If you still get the same error, use an incognito browser (or a browser you don't normally use, or clear your browser's cookies and cache) and try to connect to CB Insights again.
Restrictions
CB Insights limits our accounts to 6,000 downloads per user per year.
