Academic Journals and Articles at Stanford Libraries

Current Stanford Faculty, Staff, and Students

The Stanford Libraries have access to thousands of journals, most of which are available online.

To Read an Entire Journal Issue

You can find journals available through the Stanford Libraries by any of the following methods:

  1. Use the BrowZine app to read scholarly journals on your computer and mobile device.

  2. Use the Find eJournal search page.

    1. Enter the name of the journal and select a result.

    2. Under the Online full text section, select the access option that covers the dates you need (see image).
    3. You will be redirected to the journal's homepage where you can search or browse for specific issues or articles.

  3. Use SearchWorks. Some older journal issues may only be available in print.

Stanford GSB Faculty, Faculty Assistants, and Research Assistants can submit a Document Delivery request, a service that provides free retrieval of articles, papers, and available books from sources on- and off-campus.

Stanford GSB Alumni

You have access to select alumni databases through a partnership with the Stanford GSB Alumni Association. ProQuest One Business and EBSCO Business Source Alumni Edition both contain many journals and articles.
