Ask Us to request access. Please provide a summary of the project and what data you're looking to get from Morningstar Direct.
Once you have an account, you can use Morningstar Direct in the GSB Library's onsite Trader's Pit (computer #15), or you can download it on your own Windows computer.
Excel Add-In and Analytics Lab
Excel Add-In
To download the Excel Add-In on your own computer, launch Morningstar Direct and in the left navigation go to Excel Add-In.
The Excel Add-In is already downloaded on the computer in the Trader's Pit - to make sure it is the most up-to-date version, launch Excel and go to the Morningstar tab. Click on Help > Upgrade.
Analytics Lab
Log into Morningstar Direct and in the left navigation go to Analytics Lab (it's at the bottom). Click the Launch Analytics Lab button.
