Stanford GSB alumni can borrow physical materials from the Stanford GSB library.

• Email our i-Desk staff for a GSB alumni borrowing card. Please provide your graduation year and the best phone number and email to reach you.
• To borrow from other libraries on campus, you will need a Stanford fee-based library card.
• eBooks are unfortunately not available to alumni. We recommend reaching out to your local public library as many have extensive eBook collections.

Borrowing Materials

Visit us to browse our shelves, or, to see if we have the items you're looking for ahead of time:

1. Go to SearchWorks, the Stanford libraries' catalog.
2. Use the search box at the top of the page to search by keyword, title, author, etc.
3. On the results page, in the left column under Access select At the Library.
4. In the left column, expand the Library drop-down and select Business.
5. If you want the item to be held for you at the i-Desk for you to pickup:
   1. Press the Request button. (Note: if the item's status is "available" it should be ready within a business day or two. If the status is something else like "checked out" it may take longer.)
   2. Change the Deliver to dropdown from Green Library to Business Library.
   3. Click I don’t have a SUNet ID. 
   4. Follow the prompts to complete the request.
