Each user has 1,000 download credits per month, and unused credits are rolled over to the next month. The number of credits needed for a download depends on the type of content you're downloading (e.g. company report vs. rows of data). Before you can confirm that you want to download or export content, a pop-up box will tell you how many credits it will take and what your remaining monthly balance will be.
